Here I'll say how to use bluetooth on Fedora Core

visit:

http://usefulinc.com/software/gnome-bluetooth/

and download the latest package version or install from official Fedora yum repositories

you need this libraries

gnome-bluetooth-0.4.1-3
bluez-utils-2.3-14

then download the Phone Manager from

http://usefulinc.com/software/phonemgr

and compile it remember you have to use this ./configure syntax

./configure --prefix=/usr

or it will not find all the right library, then

make
make install

now to show the Phone Manager add you need to select it from the panel "Add to Panel -> Utility" menu.
