Trasformazione del KISS DP 450/500 al KISS 508

Equipaggiamento necessario:

Istruzioni per il montaggio

  1. Aprite il Player Kiss
  2. smontate il lettore DVD, poi rimuovetene il frontalino, dopo questo rimuovete il lettore dal Kiss, quindi eseguite 3 fori col trapano sulla piastra di fissaggio in alto che siano adatti a fissarvi il nuovo Hard Disk, si faccia attenzione che i fori non siano troppo in alto, perché poi il coperchio non si chiude più se lo hard disk è troppo spesso.
  3. lasciate settato il lettore DVD come master, poiché il Kiss accetta il boot solo con il lettore DVD settato in master e lo Hard Disk settato in slave
  4. rimontate il lettore DVD al suo posto
  5. collegate il cavo IDE alla scheda controller del Kiss
  6. collegate il cavo IDE al lettore DVD

  7. montate lo HD sulla piastra di fissaggio prima forata a tal fine.

    • Nota Bene: il fissaggio deve essere fatto direttamente sulla piastra e non tramite un supporto aggiuntivo, ciò per evitare vibrazioni e instabilità di funzionamento dell'HD
  8. collegate il cavo IDE allo HD
  9. collegate il cavo di alimentazione a Y al connettore di alimentazione e al lettore DVD e allo HD
  10. chiudete il Kiss
  11. aggiornatelo al firmware del DP 508
  12. lo HD sarà automaticamente riconosciuto dal Kiss al suo avvio.

Come si usa:

Pigiate sul telecomando il tasto "MENU" per trovare il menu dell'HD Troverete nel campo "INFO" la dimensione complessiva dell'HD, lo spazio libero e lo spazio utilizzato e ora da qui potrete pulire e preparare lo HD.
Ora potete copiare sull'HD i file che volete tramite la connessione LAN della scheda di rete (se avete il Kiss DP 500) oppure da disco. Per far questo devi andare all'indice della tua connessione LAN o a quello del disco e poi selezionare i file che vuoi copiare su HD con il tasto "MARK" e poi avviare la copia con "ENTER".
Per cancellare dei file dall'HD devi andare all'indice dell'HD, selezionare i file che vuoi cancellare con "MARK" e poi premere il tasto "CLEAR".

Nota Bene:

Mentre stai cancellando o preparando lo HD, le impostazioni del Kiss denominano come "BAD" il suo File System, quindi lo HD non sarà leggibile da PC durante queste operazioni.
