First let's clear the proxy cache and try the site again.

  1. Click on Start/Run
  2. Type "cmd" (w/o quotes)in the open box to get to a DOS prompt
  3. Type "proxycfg -d" (w/o quotes) at the C prompt and hit enter
  4. Type "net stop wuauserv" (w/o quotes) at the C prompt and hit enter
  5. Type "net start wuauserv" (w/o quotes) at the C prompt and hit enter
  6. Now try the site again.

1) Verify you do not have a policy pointing at a SUS server.

ProxyOverride

and

HKey_Users\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\InternetSettings

internet explorer / proxy settings

Add the following Trusted Sites to internet explorer (or your proxy) settings:

  1. Start Internet Explorer.
  2. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the Trusted sites icon.
  5. Click the Sites button.
  6. Clear the Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone check box.

  7. Use the Add button next to the Add this Web site to the zone box to add the following sites

  8. Click OK.
